By accessing or using Sophia ("the Service"), operated by David Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sophia is an AI-powered programming tutor that provides interactive voice and text-based learning sessions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to teach programming concepts, provide exercises, and offer personalized feedback.
Access to Sophia requires authentication via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. During the beta period, access is invite-only and may be revoked at our discretion.
You agree not to:
Sophia's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, the Service may occasionally provide incorrect or incomplete information. You should verify critical information independently. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
We collect session telemetry data (duration, interaction patterns, exercise results) to improve the Service and for billing purposes. Audio is streamed in real-time and is not stored after the session ends. Transcripts may be retained for quality improvement.
During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. Beta access may be limited, suspended, or terminated at any time. The Service may have bugs, downtime, or limitations during this period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. David Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
