Your voice signature (the mathematical vector)
Your session browser fingerprint and IP subnet we used to recognise you
Any first name you told Sophia mid-session

What stays

Anonymised usage metrics (we cannot link them back to you)
Transcripts of conversations you had while anonymous, kept for 30 days to debug safety-relevant incidents, then deleted

We can't find a voice signature in this browser

Either you never enrolled, or you cleared browser storage and lost the id we needed to look you up. If you're sure we still have data on you, email privacy@davidlabs.ca and we'll find it.
